A good many Walthers kits are on the large side; with a few basic tools, it is easy to modify those kits to fit smaller or odd shaped areas. This particular kit is amazingly versatile. I have built it for other people, for a transportable switching puzzle layout, and now for my own layout. With minimal effort it is possible to build two fairly sizable and different looking structures from the one kit. Great value. Great kit!
