The product is simple and as advertised. Comes with decent directions with addional tech stuff I will never understand. Lombard service was outstanding. This item is on backorder in many locations. I ordered it and received a notice later in the day they were prepping for shipping. It arrived earlier than I had expected so kudos to them!
