Town and city will welcome the N scale six-story Park Place mid-block building. The architectural style can be found nationally and fits with any era. The elegance of the structure derives from its fine proportions and perfect balance of detail and simplicity.

This kit provides:

• Separate, self-locating windows and doors, pre-cast in color.
• Side and rear walls are cast in correct 'common brick' color.
• Stone-color areas on the fronts can be left as they are or cornice and street levels can be painted to replicate iron/sheet metal, which is more typical.
• Only front brick areas require painting.
• Tab and slot locators and precisely machined 45° angles provide easy, square assembly of wall corners.
• Black roofs with cast-in hatches and one chimney
• Clear window material
• Photo/text instructions.

Like our HO kits, these N-Scale Kits are cast in Fine Tooling Resin, giving the the N-Scaler the same level of detail our HO Kits are molded in. The same tools, and virtually any paint can be used. Both gap-filling ACC and silicone glues are needed. Thus giving the modeler a highly detailed model to add to his/her layout.
