The K5D7 is a N-scale drop-in decoder specifically designed to fit the Kato F40PH locomotive. This decoder includes onboard LED’s for the forward, reverse, and red marker lights. The red marker lights will operate automatically in the reverse direction.

• DC Mode:

Decoder will automatically detect DC power. You can also configure how your lighting effects function on DC.

This product does not require external resistors when connecting LED's.
