SoundTraxx Tsunami2 885816 TSU-PNP8 Baldwin and Other Diesel DCC Sound Decoder

The TSU-PNP8 is a universal factory board replacement sound decoder with 8 function outputs suitable for use in many manufacturer’s diesel models such as those made by Atlas, Athearn, and InterMountain. It is suitable for a wide variety of models from HO to S scale and includes a connector that can be easily wired to a CurrentKeeper to maintain performance over dirty track and switches.

Perfect Fit and Great Sound

I installed these decoders into two Bowser AS-416 diesels. They fit perfectly. I was even able to use the same mounting holes and screws that held the original board. With good speakers these locomotives sound great! Very easy to customize. I do wish they came with built-in resisters fit LED headlights, but adding a resistor is not a big deal.
