SoundTraxx Econami 882004 ECO-PNP Diesel DCC Sound Decoder
This 2-amp, universal-style Digital Sound Decoder is suitable for a wide variety of models from HO to S scale. It includes a connector which can be easily wired to a CurrentKeeper to maintain performance over dirty track and switches.

I have installed one of these decoders in my Proto 2K SD-7. It sounds just beautiful. Not quite as many functions as a Tsunami but quite affordable.
