Lunde Studios Plus Series HO-P36 Saccos Dept. Store - Kit

In the Plus Series Kits, there are separate, precolored windows as well as tab-and-slot square corner locators. These kits are virtually flash-free, a rarity in hand-cast kits. (You might have to pucker-up and blow away a thin bit here and there.) Parts are cast in appropriate matte-finish colors, so only the easiest painting remains...and not much of it. Have both gap-filling ACC and silicone glues on hand for the easy assembly of these kits

Saccos Dept. Store is an excellent example of architecture preferred for Edwardian department stores, with features that attracted customers (and still do). Note the cornice, for instance, and the elegance of the triple sets of windows. And, of course, it occupies a corner where it's quite noticeable from many approaches.
