In the Plus Series Kits, there are separate, precolored windows as well as tab-and-slot square corner locators. These kits are virtually flash-free, a rarity in hand-cast kits. (You might have to pucker-up and blow away a thin bit here and there.) Parts are cast in appropriate matte-finish colors, so only the easiest painting remains...and not much of it. Have both gap-filling ACC and silicone glues on hand for the easy assembly of these kits

Its architectural style suits any era, as it still is found nation-wide in abundance. This center-of-the-block building (did the name give that away per chance?) boasts an elegance derived from its beautiful proportion and perfect balance of detail and simplicity.

Center Ctr includes:

• Separate, self-locating windows and doors, pre-cast in color
• Side and rear walls are cast in correct 'common brick' color.
• Stone-color areas on the front can be left as they are or cornice and street levels can be painted to replicate iron/sheet metal, which is more typical.
• Only front brick areas require painting.
• Tab and slot locators and precisely machined 45° angles provide easy assembly of wall corners.
• A black roof with cast-in hatches is included
• Clear window material
• Photo/text instructions.
