The UR93 is a Duplex Radio Transceiver unit. Using a UR93 means there is no need to plug in to select your loco when you are using a Digitrax Duplex equipped ‘D’ throttle.

It is installed into the layout and I have no problem picking up the throttle from anywhere around it. The layout is around 3000 feet of track with high points around it. Never have lost no more then 2 bars of signal.
