The Atlas Rail Joiner Sidekick tool makes applying rail joiners a snap. Rail joiners are a necessity for your model railroad layout, but they can be awfully rough on your fingertips when applying them to rail ends. Simple tool, inexpensive, but VERY handy. I wish I had this years ago!

Too bad I didn't buy this tool earlier - it makes putting rail joiners onto N-scale track SO much easier! So far I've used it with Altas metal and insulated code 55 joiners and with Peco code 55 metal joiners. Recommended!

Until I used the Atlas Rail Joiner, placing joiners on my code 55 N-scale track was very difficult. Now, I find it to be a much easier process. Glad I got it.
