Kato Unitrack N 20-866-1 V7 Double Crossover Track Set

Good functionality, but may cause power problems.
First off, this is all in regards to a DC layout, though I've been told it is much more user-friendly with DCC. The center of the crossover is already insulated to prevent shorts, but you will need to add more power feeds to provide a proper circuit. A pair of Terminal Unijoiners and a 3-way extension cord will be sufficient, and honestly should have been part of the kit instead of the extra track. The second issue is the high power draw when using the control switch. While throwing all four points simultaneously is incredibly convenient, it can over-tax the standard power station and trip the safety mechanism unless you throttle down your locos first.

If these two issues are manageable/acceptable, then this will make a great addition to your layout.
